Here at Bedspreads.us, we stand behind our products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return most items purchased within 15 days of shipment. This includes partial orders. Full refunds are available minus full shipping costs, and, if the item is opened, a 15% restocking fee.
We CANNOT accept returns of:
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after shipment.
- Any item not in its original condition and packaging. Items must be returned unused, unwashed and undamaged. Please note that there will be a 15% re-folding fee for items needing to be folded and repackaged.
- Fabric
- Sheets and Pillowcases if opened
- Bed skirts if opened
- Bath Items
- Clearance Items
- Any item without an RMA number (see below).
- Any items sold as custom or special orders. Custom collections are noted on website
- Please Note: The photos on our website are the best quality possible and have been provided by the manufacturer. However, photos many not be actual representations of colors due to computer monitor settings etc and we cannot be responsible for differences in online colors and actual color variances therefore Bedspreads.us will not issue credits for shipping based on color variances due to images.
TO INSURE A PROMPT REFUND - FOLLOW ALL STEPS BELOW:
- Obtain An RMA Number - Contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on correspondence with the return such as the original packing slip. If you cannot locate your packing slip, please include a note with the billing name and address and the RMA number.
- Obtain An Address- When obtaining RMA for your return please request an address to return your items as not all items to be returned will be returned to the same address.
- Pack Your Return - Wrap your item carefully in a box, and in its original packaging and enclose correspondence, which references the RMA number (as indicated above), with your return.
- Ship Your Return - Ship your return using the shipping carrier of your choice. Please note, return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend that you insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.
- Receive Your Refund - If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued within 10 business days of the receipt of your return. Once the credit is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please be aware your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post the refund on your statement. If you paid by money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
Damaged and Missing Items
We want you to enjoy your purchase when it arrives and therefore make every effort to ship items securely. In the event that you receive a damaged and missing item, please contact us within five days of receipt. Our customer service representatives will make arrangements to have the damaged item/part picked up and a new item or part in the same style and color, shipped to you. Please note: If you choose not to receive a replacement, we will make arrangements to have the damaged item picked up and your refund will be issued less original shipping costs. If the item was shipped to you at no charge the actual shipping costs for items will be deducted from the refund.
Note: ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.
